We'd like to make some cool vids to help get the word out and instruct people on the process

Note: a video should tour people through the 4 ways they can submit reports to Twitter Vote Report:

• Send a "tweet" to Twitter.com. Be sure to include the #votereport tag in your message so we can find it.

• Send a text message from your cell phone to the number 66937

• Call to (567) 258-8683 (VOTE) to leave a recorded message

• Download the Twitter Vote Report iPhone application and use it to submit your report on election day

 

Process

 

Before we can make a video, we need a script. before we can write a

script, we need to define the call to actions... and this is what i've

been working on this morning. in my mind there are two calls - before

election - on election day.

 

Before Election Day

1. Signup for Twitter or download the iPhone app. Learn the hashtags.
2. Help get the word out!  Add the TVR Logo to your Twitter icon, add a blog badge, tell your friends.
3. Download stencils for flyers, stickers & t-shirts.

 

On Election Day

1. Make your T-shirt, Print out flyers, and tweet your experience.
2. Vote
3. Hand out flyers.
4. Come home and sweep if you can.

as for videos - we should create a script around these two calls...
